Cancellations & Refunds

I want booking with me to feel easy and safe. Here’s exactly what happens if your plans change.

Counselling sessions

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session, so the time can be offered to someone else. Life with little ones is unpredictable, so if something comes up, just let me know as soon as you can.

Session packages (Root and Unfurl)

Use within 6 months. Package sessions can be used any time within 6 months of buying your package. Sessions not used within 6 months expire.
Stopping partway is okay. If you decide to stop, I’ll refund your unused sessions. Because packages are discounted, each session you’ve already had is counted at the full single-session price of $140, and the rest of what you paid comes back to you.

For example, if you bought Root for $650 and had 2 sessions, you’d get back $650 − (2 × $140) = $370. If you bought Unfurl for $840 and had 3 sessions, you’d get back $840 − (3 × $140) = $420. If the sessions you’ve had add up to the package price or more, there’s nothing left to refund.

Photography

Your $50 deposit secures your dates and isn’t refundable.
Weather or illness? Your shoot simply moves to a new date, and your deposit carries over. That’s why we lock in two dates from the start.

Circles and events

Event tickets are sold through Humanitix, and the refund terms for each event are shown when you book.
If I ever need to cancel an event, you’ll get a full refund.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
